I like it that your Ravens are true warriors, not like the self carrier serving asssholes that seem to make up the offiecer corps of modern armies. I mean there is no modern day officier that would spend 16 years at the same rank leading the same unit, no matter how elite it was. He would have long ago moved up a rank or two, or retired to a cushy executive position at  some military contractor or lobbyist.
